Vintage Style Garnet Earrings - Romantic Dark Red Gemstones

 Here are some of my favorite handmade Garnet Gemstone Earrings.

 Many of my earring designs feature mixed metals - a blending of oxidized sterling silver with gold or brass.  I love the contrast of these metals.  Below are oxidized sterling silver ovals paired with a gold cross.  These garnets have a beautiful glow to them.  Some of these earrings are still available in my etsy shop:  ViaLove.etsy.com.

This pair of garnet earrings features a black onyx cross with gold brass and a small garnet drop.

Blue crystal beads accented with gold followed by a matte black ring lead to a garnet teardrop in these romantic Garnet Blue Crystal Earrings.

These were a limited edition:  large solid brass art deco style earring frames with large juicy dark red garnet gemstone drops.  Modern earrings with a vintage feel.

These mixed metal earrings are created with black sterling silver, which I hand age myself, gold filigree balls and beautiful clear red garnet teardrops. Sterling silver leverbacks.

Here I've juxtaposed gorgeous dark red garnet briolettes with a rustic vintage brass connector and sterling silver leverback earrings.  

Stones are wire wrapped with black sterling silver wire.
