Was in SF recently so I thought I would give the much talked Smitten Ice Cream a try...and now I am! (smitten). What makes Smitten special? It's ice cream made with liquid nitrogen right before your eyes! I ordered my childhood favorite, "mint chip". Didn't taste anything like that green version you find in the freezer of your local grocery store. The Mint Chip I had was fresh, very creamy, minty and basically a party in your mouth! ...Touted as "the freshest, purest, creamiest ice cream, churned-to-order -- incorporating the highest quality, local, and seasonal ingredients and nothing else."
